**Neighborhood note -. Owners must have access to their individual homes for maintenance, repairs, cleaning, etc, even if it is a "common" wall, foundation slab, lanai slab, screens, etc. ALL owners should have access at ALL times to their property on ALL sides, so if space is tight between yourself and your neighbor, please assist in accommodating them as necessary.
 
REMINDER: An open garage door can be an invitation to preserve animals, reptiles and other unwanted guests.For your protection it's a good idea to keep the door closed when possible, and keep car doors locked when unattended.

PLEASE PARK ON THE ROAD OR DRIVEWAY; NOT ON THE GRASS, SIDEWALKS, IRRIGATION HEADS, ETC.
 
REMINDER
SPEED LIMITS ARE
PELICAN BLVD = 30 MPH
ALL NEIGHBORHOODS = 15 MPH
